Do not describe Offmodel as universal automatic memory that makes everything in a conversation true, current, approved, or part of the project record.
No correctness or comprehension guarantee
Do not claim that Offmodel makes AI answers correct or proves that an AI understood the project or handoff.
No autonomous consequential authority
Do not claim that Offmodel grants autonomous permission to send messages, make purchases, publish work, deploy software, modify customer systems, or perform other consequential actions.
No replacement for operational controls
Do not describe Offmodel as a replacement for backup, encryption, malware protection, access control, records management, professional review, accounting, legal, compliance, security, privacy, or retention authority.
Compatibility requires testing
Do not claim compatibility with every AI provider, model, or interface without current interface-specific testing.
Readiness states are different
Do not treat a draft, prototype, development build, validated component, release candidate, commercial release, or customer-ready product as equivalent states.
External AI and approval boundaries
Do not claim that Offmodel automatically uploads a project folder to an AI or controls how text pasted into an external AI service is processed by that service. Verification is not permission: the person must still review and confirm the acknowledgement plan before project state changes.
Current commercial limits
- Offmodel 1.0.0 build 19 is Developer ID signed, Apple notarized and stapled for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 or later.
- The DMG contains Offmodel.app.
- Direct download is available.
- Checkout and licence delivery are not connected yet.
- Independent clean-Mac acceptance is still pending.
- No final Professional or Business offer is approved.
- A definitive legal seller or owner relationship is not published in this information version.
