Build status: Offmodel 1.0.0 build 19 is Developer ID signed, Apple notarized and stapled for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 or later.

## Safe summary

Offmodel Personal is intended for one macOS user working on projects with AI across sessions or models. Offmodel uses a deliberate, reviewable handoff centred on project identity, current objective, reviewed decisions or limitations, and the exact next action. It is positioned as local project continuity, not universal automatic AI memory.

Offmodel keeps verified project state in the local project folder. AI tools perform candidate work; Offmodel keeps the controlled project state. Offmodel does not automatically upload the project folder to an AI. Text manually pasted into an external AI service leaves the computer and is governed by that service.

Window Switch requires the receiving AI to verify the project, revision, checkpoint, current objective and exact next action before work begins. “Verification received” opens an acknowledgement plan. One final human “Confirm Changes” action remains required. Project state does not change before that confirmation.

## Current commercial boundary

The signed and notarized DMG contains Offmodel.app. Direct download is available. Checkout and licence delivery are not connected yet. Independent clean-Mac acceptance is still pending. No final Professional or Business offer is approved.
